Founder
Sterling Condit was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, but he went to school in Wellington. A 38-year veteran of the construction industry, Sterling founded SRI Solar in 2008, and since then, he’s received a wide array of certifications to ensure he stays on top of the industry.
Sterling has a deep love of planes and boats, and in his spare time, he likes to fly RC planes and ultralight aircraft. Once upon a time, he pursued gold prospecting in the Rocky Mountains, but these days, he likes to hang out with his wife, Stephanie, and their two dogs and maintain a vegetable garden.
One interesting fact: Sterling invented a mechanical door-holding device and received a US patent for it in March of 2013.

Marketing and Sales
Chris Glamann was born and went to grade school in Wellington before heading off to the University of Kansas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in 1991.
Chris joined SRI Solar in December of 2017 in Marketing and Sales, and prior to that, he spent 2 years in the industry working with Powerlight Industries to make energy-saving products.
He is also an avid musician and has been playing in bands his entire life. Before coming to the solar industry, he owned 2 music stores in Wichita (GMI Music and Sound & Wichita Guitar Works). While he semi-retired from the music industry in 2014, he still actively plays in rock bands and is a huge Kiss fan.
Chris and his wife, Laurie, have one son, Dallas, and when he’s not playing in bands or working with SRI, Chris likes to take some time to himself and get in some wakeboarding.
